Why is the impression counter lower than the number of loads?
Only verified visible impressions count, subject to the site cooldown, 24-hour banner repeat limit, anti-fraud checks and available advertiser credits.
Can I earn credits if I am the only member?
Yes. When no suitable member ad is available, BannerFlow displays a network house ad. Its validated HTML/JS views may earn one starter bonus credit each, subject to a 24-hour repeat restriction per visitor and network/site caps. Simple page loads do not qualify, and previous loads are not credited retroactively.
How often does a banner change?
The default HTML/JS rotation is 60 seconds while the page is active. A rotation does not guarantee a credit transaction.
What is the HTML iframe mode for?
The HTML iframe works without JavaScript. Its banner is clickable and rotates via frame reload; views are not viewability-verified and do not earn or spend credits.
Why was my site or banner rejected?
Open the relevant site or banner to see the moderator’s reason. Fix the issue and send it for another review if available. If you disagree, contact support.
Can I block adult or unwanted ads?
Yes. When adding or editing a website, select unwanted content categories and leave the 18+ switch off unless you explicitly want adult product advertising and can meet applicable age and legal requirements.
Where can I see credits and analytics?
Your dashboard includes credit transactions, and Statistics offers reports for dates, sites, slots, campaigns and banners.
