Who may join
Participants must control the websites they submit, provide an email they can verify, and use the service lawfully. Network staff can request more information before approving a site.

Allowed sites and creatives
Websites and ads must not contain malware, deceptive redirects, impersonation, stolen content or prohibited illegal material. Advertisers must have the rights to publish submitted images and destinations.
Adult products and services (18+)
Adult-category advertising is permitted only where lawful and on explicitly opted-in publisher sites. Opt-in does not verify the age of visitors. Adult ads require accurate classification, moderation and appropriate age safeguards; illegal or exploitative material is prohibited.
Moderation
Domains must be verified and approved. Ad creatives are reviewed before delivery, and meaningful creative/URL changes require another review. A rejected item may be corrected and submitted again.
Credits and impressions
For a verified HTML/JS impression, the advertiser spends one network credit and the publisher earns one. Displaying an image is not the same as a billable impression. Visibility, repeat and fraud limits apply. Non-JavaScript iframe loads do not earn or spend credits; their clicks are separate raw redirects.
Network starter bonuses
If no suitable member ad is available, an approved publisher may receive one promotional credit for a verified visible BannerFlow house ad. These credits are issued by the network, not transferred from another member. Up to one award per visitor every 24 hours, capped by the site and network daily and lifetime budgets. Bonus limits and eligibility may change; previous loads are not credited retroactively.
Prohibited manipulation
Bots, auto-refresh tricks, hidden placements, self-impressions, fake traffic, click farms, misleading viewability signals and other manipulation are forbidden. We may suspend traffic, investigate and reverse improperly awarded credits.
Account restrictions and disputes
Network staff may pause or reject sites, creatives or accounts for safety or policy violations. Contact support to challenge decisions; supply relevant site IDs, banner IDs and dates, but never share passwords.
Service changes
The network is currently being developed. We do not guarantee a particular traffic volume or continuous availability. Policy updates should be published before they take effect whenever feasible.
